Shipping and Delivery

RGB strives to deliver orders within the delivery timing listed. Please note that the expected delivery time is at our best estimate, based on and not limited to customs clearance, shipping approvals by regulators, delivery restrictions, payment and stock availability.

The actual time of delivery will also be subject to the schedule of Logistical Company engaged by RGB which may be changed from time to time by without any prior notice.

Title and Risk

Risk in the Products shall pass to the Customer upon delivery to the Customer. Title to the Products passes on to the Customer Ex-Work (Incoterm 2010) Macau, subject to Seller’s lien until full payment has been made.
